If you have never had a massage before there are many questions

that run through your head!

In fact just the thought of getting a massage could make you even more stressed than you already are! 

 

There’s no need to stress.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The picture above is of my very own massage room and what you’ll see when you come in for an appointment. After a brief bit of paperwork that you fill out to let me know what health issues you may have, we will have a bit of time to talk about the massage and any concerns you might have.

The main thing you need to keep in mind is that this is YOUR TIME. 

 

You need to be comfortable otherwise you won’t be able to relax!

For your massage appointment, you are welcome to leave on whatever you would like during the massage.

The table is the size of a twin bed complete with comfy sheets. You will remain covered during the massage with exception of the body part I’m working on. 

Some clients leave all their clothes on. Others leave on their underwear. You can even feel free to wear a pair of shorts and a tank top if you like. Again, it’s all about you being comfortable!

 

Is the room to warm or too cold? Let me know.

Have a certain type of music you like? Bring it along!

If anything hurts during the massage you just let me know.

 

Before and after the massage you will be given the full privacy                    of my office to change. 

Not to mention a few minutes to stay on the table and come back to the “real world.”
